Default Best beginner\'s book for Limit?

I am primarily a limit player, and my girlfriend is taking a passing interest in learning how to play Poker. I initially got on track as a beginner by reading Winning Low Limit Holdem by Lee Jones, even if I subsequently had to unlearn some of the concepts as I improved.

My girlfriend isn't much of a game player by nature, although she has a Ph.D, so she certainly has the ability to learn poker. I realize that Miller's Small Stakes Holdem would probably be way too advanced for her to start, and I wouldn't expect her to have the time or interest to read 2+2.

So, if I wanted to buy her a beginner's book as a gift, should I go with the latest addition from Jones, or lean towards something else?
