And what a surprise, Full Tilt support fails again. I wonder if Stars would have come through in a similar situation. Oh wait, Stars would have just given me T$ to begin with. I think Full Tilt owes me $120k because I was going to take this thing down.

Oh look, Full Tilt responds to e-mail request 19 minutes after tourney started. Second time in three weeks I've tried to enter tourney and haven't heard back from Full Tilt in time. Thanks for nothing, Full Tilt support.

I emailed them requesting hand histories at 2pm, and got them 7 hours later. Thanks FTP, I <3 you.

when you guys send emails to ftp, make sure they reply right away with an automated message or else it means they never got it or your email is blocking it.

I've emailed them twice for hand histories and both times they weren't able to give me them.
