How do you cook them? Hard-boiled? I know scrambled eggs taste terrible when you try to reheat them...

Gotta be hard-boiled.

If it's a bad week and I have no time, I'll boil 2-3 dozen eggs on Sunday and peel all of them and put in tupperware in the fridge. Otherwise I might cook scrambled eggs in the AM and take them with me for later on in the day. Difficult to get portable/easy protein sources that don't require cooking if you want whole foods.
