Default Where to live in Vegas for a month?

For $1000-$1500/month close to the strip. Not much on craiglist any good condo buildings that will rent for a month? Also best way to get to the casinos? rent a car or bus? Going to be playing 5-5NL everyday on the strip and tournies.

Also 30 nights at circus circus is only $2k compared to a condo for $1500 + utilities but how gross would it be to stay at circus for a month? Upside would be I could walk to Bellagio/Wynn to play rather than taxi/bus.

There are motels and I believe apartments behind MGM that rent by the month.
I met some guys there that were staying for 3 weeks and it was 800 bucks (not sure if that was each or what)
Another friend said the month to month apartments are 1000 dollars furnished. Id start searching for apartments for rent as Im sure there are many people who try this.

i stayed at the falls before

it'll be a real small apartment and the area kinda blows, but it worked for me for about 3 months last year.

im a college student so im not too picky with my living situations. The room was fine, not dirty or anything, just seemed small. It'll be a 5-8 minute drive to the strip.

if i had to stay in vegas for another extended period of time, i wouldnt come back to this place though.

they may as well call that place the runs, cause its no better than living in a cess pool. i roomed w/ big_al there for a day or two, place is a dump. there were bugs crawling out of the sink, rooms were really small and dumpy, and the area is really rundown. if you wanna have any chance of getting some ass i would not recommend it
