Already stated that those games running would be voided....so you dont really have to wait up, watch a couple porns!

Thanks for the heads up Doug

No. Doug stated this was the case for tournaments and sng's. Nothing was mentioned about cash games. If I have $100 in a pot, and I time out due to disconnect and my opponent doesn't, do I just lose this money? What if we both time out? I have never seen an answer to this question in these threads everytime FTP goes down.

It's a misdeal if the hand wasn't completed (i.e., just like it had never been dealt, everything rolled back, even if someone had the mortal nuts). If it was some weird thing where it was a general problem and he was able to act just before his connection went down also, email support and hope for the best.

Thanks for the reply. What do you mean by if the hand wasn't completed? Does this mean in the event that both players time out? Is a hand therefore deemed completed when only one person times out? Do they have a complete policy written out somewhere? I couldn't find much on the website. I just tried emailing support and they sent me a basically unrelated form letter response about their current system status. Nice as usual =/

We aren't sure of the problems yet, but tournaments are paused. If we don't get it fixed soon, we will probably void them all but please stay tuned.

[/ QUOTE ]

How long should we "stay tuned"? No updates from you or support in hours.

F this, I'm going to play some golf.

It would be wonderful if we could get confirmation that our tourney buy-ins will be refunded (or better yet, paid out according to chip count), so I don't have to worry about coming back and getting blinded out of the two tourneys I was crushing!!

Back up now, sorry again. We are going to run reports to see if anyone blinded away in tournaments, but I don't think too many people were negatively affected.

Doug, why don't you do FTP Answers threads anymore? Those were very helpful.
