Default really tough spot deep with MPTK against a monkey

villain is really bad. sees all flops, not at all aware of basic NL concepts like pot size, hand values, position, etc. will bluff for pot if checked to and will donk lead for pot like 95% of the time OOP. to show exactly what i mean here are two other hands v him:

------------------
HAND #1
------------------

Full Tilt Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

UTG: $118.75
CO: $98.50
Hero (BTN): $179.75
SB: $57.15
BB: $118.75

Pre-Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BTN)
2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $3.50</font>, SB calls $3, BB folds

Flop: ($8) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $3</font>, Hero calls $3

Turn: ($14) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $10</font>, Hero calls $10

River: ($34) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks

Results: $34 Pot ($34 Rake)
Hero showed 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (two pair, Jacks and Fours) and LOST (-$16.50 NET)
SB showed T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (a pair of Jacks) and LOST (-$16.50 NET)

------------------
HAND #2
------------------

Full Tilt Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

SB: $119.25
BB: $100
Hero (UTG): $152.55
CO: $86
BTN: $118.75

Pre-Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (UTG)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $3.50</font>, CO calls $3.50, 3 folds

Flop: ($8.50) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $6</font>, CO calls $6

Turn: ($20.50) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">CO bets $5</font>, Hero calls $5

River: ($30.50) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">CO bets $15</font>, Hero calls $15

Results: $60.50 Pot ($60.50 Rake)
Hero showed T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (a full house, Sevens full of Tens) and LOST (-$29.50 NET)
CO showed A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (three of a kind, Sevens) and LOST (-$29.50 NET)

not really sure on the difference between potdonks and these weird 1/2pot donks as not a ton of hands have gone to showdown. he bet almost instantly, though, and in other hands against him, instapot has been bluffy.

so...wtf do i do here? stackoff for two buyins?

Full Tilt Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

MP: $106.65
CO: $168.15
Hero (BTN): $191.65
SB: $222.75
BB: $149.50
UTG: $119.15

Pre-Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BTN)
2 folds, <font color="red">CO raises to $3.50</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $12</font>, SB calls $11.50, 2 folds

Flop: ($28.50) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $28.50</font>

EDIT: table has been very passive with 3bets pre and i think this was my first 3bet during the session (probably 40 hands in). there wasn't a lot of raising in front of me so i was typically opening...

Maybe. Probably not. Boring response but I think this is a situation where actually being at the table having a feel for the flow etc matters alot.

But generally if you have never seen him donk with a psb and he suddenly does it in a 3-bet pot I don't think you should stack off 200bb. So if he doesn't ever give up on the turn just fold the flop. Or call and call a smallish turn bet. Depends on how he usually betsize.

Does he donk 3-bet pots 95% too?

i think even someone this bad might shutdown his 3 barrel plans if you call on this flop texture. i may be wrong, and this is definitely a feel thing that is easier to pick up on at the table. in a vaccum, I call and re-eval, most likely folding to further large bets.

I don't necessarily think you have to make a decision for your stack on the flop.

Also, I do agree with Nick in that being at the table may affect my decision here given unique monkey and plenty of history between the both of you.

In the other hands he is short and he bets small. Here he is deep and fullpotting. If this doesnt make a difference call him down, but IMO this usually makes all the difference.

I think we have to call atleast once and reeval, vs this villian i'd find myself stacking off at the table, but I agree in a 3bet and this texture i think villian bluffs less.
