I dont like the stop and go against 2 opponents here. You have FE against the BB, might as well use it.

I think your getting called by any two that he has no matter what comes on the flop. In his situation, if you just call, I am expecting the stop and go and will assume you didn't hit. If your making the play anyways, just go ahead and shove pre to isolate button.

I won't have an opportunity, BTN will raise or limp every open pot. Sorry I left that out.

you won't have an opportunity for what? If you shove here you will get heads up against the button, which is what you want here.

We will have some FE postflop as opposed to none pf so it's certainly higher in EV. The question is really if we should fold or SnG. Pushing pf isn't good.

You have 0 FE against the big stack preflop, and very little postflop. You have a lot of FE against the BB preflop, and possibly little postflop. If both opponents see the flop chances are one of them will pair a card higher than your 3, and you will get called. I really think you have more total FE preflop than post here.

I think folding preflop is also not an option. Your not going to magically gain more FE, and you can't assume you will get a better hand.

You are likely ahead of the button and in need of a double. I push that every time at lower limits.
