Default 200NL I Turn my hand into a bluff

<please ignore preflop, dont know why I did that but I never cold call there on purpose>

Villian is a solid regular. He plays 24/17. I put him on a tiny flush and thought he was bet/folding the turn but once he does this [censored] on the river do I have any FE? wtf does he have? He has like 57$ behind.
edit: my turn raise is designed to look to a regular that I am setting it up for easy river push w/ stack sizes

The preflop CC isn't bad if you are deeper stacked, but UTG and MP are both shortstacked and AQs is the type of hand you want to play against these fools.

Flop is fine, but once I am called by a good player I am done putting in money if the 4th flush card hits. I really don't care what his bet size is on the turn (as long as it's not like $10ish), I'm done.
