Default Grip: Overlap or Interlocking

Which do you think is better?

I use interlocking because that's how I learned, but I'm a hack.

I don't think one is better than the other.
Tiger and Nicklaus interlock....
but most pros overlap.

I overlap, but initally I used a ten finger grip for about 10 years before realizing that overlap gave me a lot more control and feel about 3 years ago.

Last year I switched from overlap to interlock. That was while I was struggling a little but i think interlock feels a lot more comfortable.

I tend to have too tight a grip, and I've found that overlap helps me loosen it up. I wouldn't say it's better or worse, but something to try if you hold the club too tight.

I am going to start interlocking and see if it improves my swing. I dearly hope it does.

I have gone thrice so far this year. Hoping to double that in the next 2 weeks after I get my 2 final papers finished in the net couple days.

I interlock because that is how I was taught. The little finger on my right hand is deformed because of it. Id also add that I have an over the top motion and turn my wrists over hard to compensate so I might be putting more stress on it then a good player would.

Interlocking....my dad is a huge Nicklaus fan, so that's how he golfs and that's how he taught me. I'm also a hack FWIW.

The basic rule is big hands overlap and small hands interlock or even ten finger. If you can use the overlap it is probably best from a club control standpoint.
