KK vs. very active aggressive player with Ace on flop

UB$109. Blinds 50/100. Villian and I have played a few hands with each other. He was once as high as T7,000 and is now sitting on T3,000. He has been up and down,very active. In earlier hand, I Had QQ and reraised an EP raiser and villian cold called from the blinds. He then bet the pot on the J high flop. I pushed and he folded.

now with blinds 50-100 I get KK in mp with T3500. I raise two ep limpers to 750. same villian calls from the SB (T3,000), both limpers fold. Flop is (A,4,8)rb. He again insta-pots the flop making it T1850. what now?

if i am reading this right he has put almost all his chips in right, he had like 2300 after the pf action?

given his description i just get it in on the flop.

it seems like he would be likely to check an ace to you and he might be putting you to the test with some pair.

these kinda hands i think are played more by feel than anything else though, so its hard to assess what to do without viewing table dynamics

tks for the response. yah correct, he had T2300 after calling my preflop raise.

i ended pushing/calling or whatever you want to call it here. and he had AQ. i really thought if had AK,AQ,AJ he would go for the check-raise and I actually put him on maybe 10s-Qs.

funny thing is that i was going to classify him as a donk in my OP, but then realized he made out a donk out of me [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]
