I can tell you that I have done hundreds of vaginal exams on women, some who have never had a baby and others who have had several and there is very little difference in feel.
Some women do feel especially tight before having kids but I think the difference is minimal.

NT! is right there are a lot of exercises that can restrengthen pelvic and vaginal muscles.

I find that natural broad-to-broad variance is too great to pin down any discernable pattern based on pregnancy (note: sample size best described as 'cozy')
