Default A10s 20-40

20-40 live, 10 handed.

UTG and CO are loose-passive, UTG+1 is unknown

Pre-flop:
UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, CO calls, I call on the button with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img],SB calls, BB checks.

Flop: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
cecked to CO who bets, I raise, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, CO calls.

Turn: Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Checked to me I bet, UTG folds, UTG+1 raises, CO folds, I call.

River: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

UTG+1 bets...

So I regret not raising pre-flop almost immediately after I call, this is a raise close to 100% of the time right? Also call or fold the river?

please raise preflop.

rest of the hand is kinda bleh. any reads? its tough to put utg1 on a hand that you're ahead of after the turn c/r. he called 2 cold on a dry flop. looks an awful lot like a set of fives... i'd call down and hope for A5 or QT

This is a pretty straight forward hand; of course you raise PF. On the river, you call getting 12:1; you'll be shown A5, QT enough.

Please don't ever fold this river. His hand looks an awful lot like QTs, did you at least consider 3betting the turn?

Yes, this seems to me to definately be a pre-flop raise situation.
As played, I would contemplate reraising the turn. Why does UTG+1 have to have AQ or better most of the time?

As played, I would definately at call the river.

3-smash the turn man.

you're way ahead too many times to let his q's up go this cheap.

p.s. the preflop no-raise is horrid. no offense.

and thats coming from me, a weaktight nit
