how badly did i misplay this hand?

villain is 19/9/2 nit over large sample, his 3betting range is JJ+/AK (maybe TT/AQ) i stacked him awhile ago when i coldcalled his 3bet w/AA, c/c QQx flop, crai brick turn.. he called w/AK (but it was only a few $$ more)
edit: this hand happened a long time ago and i dont know if he remembers it (i didnt until i looked in pt)
