[edited so i can learn to read]

of course the flop check is an accident, but to keep my thought intact a lot your action is going to come from Qx, Kx and JT here, as 22-JJ, 5x and air aren't going to put much in even if you check unless you catch up. Also, a pfr/check on this specific board is remarkably suspicious and could cause a player like this to fold even his Qs and weaker Ks to a turn bet. [just thought i'd leave that spelled out because no one else had]

so IMO just bet because this is a board that should hit your range and hope to get action.

as played, if you're not auto stacking off then you should flat call the raise and bet/fold the river. Putting that kind of a raise in without calling the shove is turning your hand into a bluff.

I'll stack off here. I agree with what was said that a rather loose player could shows AK, KJ, KT often enough here to make it +EV, especially as you only (incidentally) checked the flop...But the longer I think about it...Really tough one.

this is a tough spot. i wish you had bet the flop, then if raised you could have 3/bet and got it in easier.

i don't agree that if you had a K you would have always bet the flop. Checking this flop is fine, it's dry and you're not getting too much value out of worse hands with your AK unless villain is truly horrible.

that being said when you 3/bet villain, you are saying you have a K or better, and when he 4/bets you...i think you're smoked.

if you had < 100 bb i think this is an easy call...100-150 it's a wise fold, 200 bb a no-brainer fold.

27/11...KQ is right in his range. it's unfortunate that's the only hand you are losing to (reasonably).
