Default aa hand , is this a good spot to cr the turn

no reads on villian, i thought this was a good line to take ,, instead of just betting out ..

this depends on how agressive your opponent is. I normally just fire again on turn unless i think its very likely that he will bet turn

Standard here is lead 15 or more. If you check and he peels and hits his flush you're not gonna be happy when you showdown. Also, we're trying to get AI thus we're missing a whole st. of pot-building. It's tempting to check here but I think leading is best. CR is fine if you are fairly sure he's firing here, w/o a read you should lead.

so my rule would be dont take trick lines vs people you have no clue about.

The check/raise amount is god forsaken. c/raise to $60 for gods sake.
