Default Something to save interesting hands while you are playing?

Pokerstars.

Does anyone know of, or use a piece of software that allows you to save a hand you would like to review later while you are playing? I sometimes think while I'm playing that I would like to post this hand to see what everyone thinks and then at the end of the session I can't remember what it was and it's a total pain to copy and paste it while you are playing multiple tables.

Isn't that like a PAHUD? Does it have a feature for saving certain interesting hands to a txt file or something?

Why did you link page 36? I read the whole page and didn't see anything about saving interesting hands while you are playing.

OP, I just use Notepad, and I don't find it too difficult, but I would love some sort of automated method.
