Default Re: Keep money on table with table change?

Last night at Hollywood Park, a woman moved from a broken $1/$2 game to my table. She had about $115 in the other game, but decided she wanted to pocket $100 and sit with $15 (normally a $40 buy in). I asked if that was allowed. The dealer & floorman both said she had to sit with at least $40, but she argued and they gave in and let her sit with $15. She was pretty angry with me and told me to mind my own business, and pretty much cheered whenever I lost a pot to anyone.

I then stacked her 3 times over the next 2 hours.

A 1/2 NL (min $60, max $200) game was broken up by the floor and a player was moved to my table, also 1/2 NL. When the game broke, he had $1,200 in play on the other table.

Is he required to keep $1,200 in play at the new table?

(I didn't see anything in Robert's Rules about this situation.)

Player coming from a broken game or a must move game has to bring their entire stack. Player on a "table change" list must come in with the appropriate buy in for that game as the chips only belong to the table they were at, not all the tables in play.

As mentioned in the other threads the player from the broken game usually has more options.
