Remember, you don't have to run faster than the car. You just have to run faster than the slowest guy you push in front of the car.

I know tracks are kinda boring to run on, but it would save you the hassle of worrying about dangers.

Theres not much to it. Stay on the sidewalk if possible, pay good attention to your running surface, and stay out of the way of cars.

I always get the feeling that I'm running faster when its dark out? Standard or weird?

that or a treadmill, epecially during the winter months. (unless you live in a warm climate year round)
