anyone own a bose home audio system

I went into bose today and was approved for 4k worth of credit so i decided to splurge on this... yea thats right ... any thoughts on it really being worth it. i have a 90 day return option.

pretty sure the overwhelming consensus is that they are pieces of poop. This seems like it would have been a better question to ask before buying it, but I'm a semite so what do I know?

I got a bose iPod dock with my FPPs on PokerStars before they added all the console systems. I haven't taken it out of the box yet because the only place I can think to put it is in my bathroom so I can listen to music while taking a shower, but I am worried that the steam will ruin it.

Bose is absolute crap.

Bose = buy other sound equipment

Bose is to audio equipment as Phil Hellmuth is to cash games. Both have managed to convince Joe Sixpack that they are the best in their respective field, but those in loop know better.

If not sell Bose go to CC and buy Onkyo. Save 2K and get a superior sounding system.
