OT/LC: looking for PLO study partner
i am attempting to learn PLO. i'm kind of meh right now though my hold'em game is solid and should provide a good base for learning. i am looking for a partner to study PLO and would like it to be someone from SSNL so that we're coming from similar backgrounds.
though i don't know yet how to exploit people's mistakes properly in PLO, as far as i can tell in my limited play, they make a ton of them (call too much preflop with crap + fold too much on the flop, never bluff + only checkraise with sets and big draws, etc). basically i'm looking for someone who would put in a few hours a week with me on play/sweating/discussion. in my limited experience dabbling in razz/stud/stud8/lo8 i've noticed that my hold'em game has improved as i've learned these, so i'd expect you would benefit in that way, too. AJ, orange, etc.: feel free to move this to cheese but i wanted to reach the broadest audience. responses in here or by PM are OK. |

Re: OT/LC: looking for PLO study partner
I'd be happy to sweat you/discuss your plays, etc. What requirements are you looking for? I'm in the black up to PLO 1/2 mostly all 6-handed or less, but I can't get you exact figures since the sites I played on are not PT-compatible. Let me know (you should seek out guys like Roundtower or Pete Fabrizio in the PLO forum as well, I think RT plays a fair amount of NLHE).
