Default Rake at Harrah\'s Vegas Sites now $6 bucks

The word is that Harrahs started a new bad beat jackpot at all their properties today. Rake is 5 bucks + 1 dollar for the BBJ.

Most of Harrah's rooms are small, with exception to Caesars. So perhaps this might have a small impact on their play. Be interesting to see if MGM follows suit and raises their rake from 4 to 5. Really can't see a BBJ going on at a MGM site, but who knows.

It'll really piss off the locals who grind out the 2/5 games though.

Inevitable.

And unchangeable probably. I am wondering if the only effective way to deal with it is to lobby for an increase in stakes?
