First one is tough. I think I'd usually call given pot size, since he has AK here sometimes (admittedly rarely). Can't really fault a fold. Very player dependent. Valuable insight here, I know. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Hand 2 is spewage IMO. I really dislike calling the turn. Raise if your read says that he's FOS. Personally, I'm giving up the turn most of the time.

Sorry for the crappy thread. You guys are all right. I folded the river in hand 1 and raised the river in hand 2, only to be snap called by KQ (who rivered top pair). I've been getting out of line on the river a lot when I have a hand with a bit of SD value but not enough to call. Thanks for the reality check.

Am I a nit for wanting to dump the 77 pre-flop in hand #1 (assuming the 3-bettor is tight)? Just dont like playing small pairs oop against tight 3-bettors..

I am wondering about this myself. It seems like a bad call especially if the players are tight, tough, tricky etc.

I would like to here in what scenarios calling here with 77 would be correct and why?
