I think I call only because I would expect him to fold a lot of 4s preflop. However, I think you see A4 here a lot. Also, KQ will be overplayed here many times so that would be something you would get value from with a call. The hand that makes the most sense (although unlikely) is 44 IMO. I think that quads is very plausible given the way the hand played out. Other than KQ I don't think you really beat anything but air if he decided to try a naked bluff. I'm probably going to be berated, but I think this is a narrow fold unless he really loves to bluff.
