OT: Non-U.S players: can anyone help me move money from FTP?

This request really only makes sense for non-U.S. players who have money on Full Tilt, everyone else can stop here...

I'm trying to get $1200 from Full Tilt to Stars (anyone reading the Zoo knows why). So I'm hoping a non-U.S. player can:

1.) Accept my $1200 transfer on Full Tilt
2.) Use Neteller to move it over to Stars
3.) Ship me $1200 on Stars, minus any Neteller fees and whatever amount you think is fair for your time

Full Tilt may get mad if you do this and are not an established player there, I think. Otherwise it should be hassle-free, I'll just play a bit on Stars and then they'll let me cash out.
