Default Is it acceptable to SLOWROLLLLLL if you are OOP?

Alright say the guy is definitely retarded enough to call with worse. Can I slowroll them BEFORE they act?

Example: Can I slowroll something like this?

Full Tilt Poker Game #3412529053: $33 + $1.50 (BALLIN) Heads Up Sit & Go (26092504), Table 1 - 15/30 - No Limit Hold'em - 19:16:54 ET - 2007/08/30
Seat 1: xSCWx (1,410)
Seat 2: dancendave (1,590)
dancendave posts the small blind of 15
xSCWx posts the big blind of 30
The button is in seat #2
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to xSCWx [9s 6h]
dancendave calls 15
xSCWx checks
*** FLOP *** [8h Js 7h]
xSCWx bets 60
dancendave calls 60
*** TURN *** [8h Js 7h] [7d]
xSCWx checks
dancendave bets 120
xSCWx raises to 240
dancendave calls 120
*** RIVER *** [8h Js 7h 7d] [5s]
xSCWx has 15 seconds left to act
xSCWx bets 1,080, and is all in
xSCWx: PLZ HAVE 7
dancendave calls 1,080
*** SHOW DOWN ***
xSCWx shows [9s 6h] a straight, Nine high
dancendave mucks
xSCWx wins the pot (2,820) with a straight, Nine high
*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot 2,820 | Rake 0
Board: [8h Js 7h 7d 5s]
Seat 1: xSCWx (big blind) showed [9s 6h] and won (2,820) with a straight, Nine high
Seat 2: dancendave (small blind) mucked [3s 7s] - three of a kind, Sevens

Discuss.

I like, not sure this qualifies as a slowroll though.
