Problems creating a UB account

I go create a new account after d/l'ing UB. I fill in all of the fields in step 1, check off the agreement box, and click Next. After I click next, it just takes me back to the main page, giving me the option of creating a new account or logging in with an existing account. Wtf UB? Anyone have a solution to this? I emailed them yesterday using the form on their site, but I haven't gotten a response yet.

Yeah, did this numerous times. Nothing. Support only takes a week to respond. I love UB already.
