Blackjack tournament books

The significant other and I have taken a liking to WSOB on GSN and we were wondering if there are any blackjack books that focus predominantly on blackjack tournaments.

"Play To Win" (2nd Edition) by Ken Einiger is the probably the only book you need for the modern "UBT" format games. bet sizing strategy is really all it comes down to most of the time.
