I would log on there to check out the games before the scandal. There would be maybe 1 5/10NL and a few 3/6NL games and nothing high than that. Pretty crap selection. I doubt it could be much better after the scandal. If you're playing 1/2 or below the games are so freaking soft anywhere.
I guess theres no need to try and take the morality arguement with you.

exactly, for example i know which site has the most fish right now and i would never post it on here, well unless someone wanted to pay me 100 dollars.

UB has nothing to do with the scandal. I trust UltimateBet much more than AP. Also the chance of cheating happening agian are slim to none because now the security level is even higher than before.
