Default nl100, how often are you continuation betting?

I am curious to know what % people tend to think it is correct to continuation bet at this level. Obviously specific opponents matter, but against a general mix, what do you find? what does poker tracker say? I know that a huge leak in my game is continuation betting way way way too often (ie every flop where no one has bet before me, unless it is a TRUELY spectacularly bad flop to bet on), and I am trying to see what a healthier figure would be. I have been looking at some good posts about which flops to continuation bet, and I know that deep down I actually have quite a good feel for it, but I am not disciplined enough. I only check 15.8% of flops when raised pre, and considering the number of multiway pots that invloves at the small/ micro stakes I play, that has got to suck.

I'dd say I cbet around 80% of the flops.

say the flop comes something like 810J with a flushdraw vs a 60/5 dude, I mostly give up if I missed.
