What Happens at 3AM?

I'm a night owl so I'm up at 3AM, often reading 2+2, which does...what at that time? It stops being accessible, but if I wait for an hour I can call it up again. Is that the maintenance hour?

Im a night owl too, its usually only down for 5 minutes or so.

Yup...midnight here on the West coast, happens EVERY night AFAIK but it's only a few minutes.

This is better than the previous black hole at night though. That one usually shut me out for like 15 minutes at 3:15 or so.
