Your OOP 3betting is a little questionable in the 50nl video, if you plan to cbet most flops against a full stack it seems like you're losing a lot in the long run simply because 50nl 3bet pots play very aggressively in the current games. Many players (not even good regs) will make 2.5x flop raises to push you off hands and will simply shove with any draw, etc. Also, good regs will begin 4betting light/calling 3bets light and stealing/calling 3bets light and floating to steal. Maybe this is just how the games play on FTP, but it has been my experience that 3betting too much (esspecially OOP) is never a good idea.

shortly after the 50nl video was made, I greatly reduced my 3betting frequencies because people started adjusting and getting really aggro. But at the time everyone was so passive that it was fine
