Posting once every 20 seconds?

Is this and old rule or a new rule? I went to go start a thread right after I responded to another and I got this warning saying I couldn't I assume it's to "prevent" spammers.

Maybe I just never saw it before...

Real spammers are capable of putting down way more than 3 posts a minute, so I doubt it.

I think it only happens with starting new threads and not with posting? So you can't post and then immediately start a new thread or start a new thread and then immediately start a new thread, I think.

Chuck may have turned up the flood settings after the rash of spammers we've had.
