live MTT- $150 AQs to a raise.
1st pays ~11k 34th pays 240 ~70 left.
blinds: 1k/2k 300Ante 10-handed table has been playing tight everyone is generally around average stack which is about 16k, except for a guy who has 40k who just move to the table. He raises in second position to 6k, I have about 16k and am in 4th position with AsQs. Should I be pushing here or folding here?

Almost positive this is a push here. Your M isn't in the desperation levels yet, but it is getting low and AQs is a nice pickup, he could he opening up almost any hand open as the big stack, even though he is in early position. pot is currently @ 12000, i don't think you can really pass this up.

You should be pushing this but mainly because your M is 3 which is desperation levels. You're firmly in the red.
You still have good fold equity though and you'd leave him with 34k so he's not exactly priced in yet. Despite getting decent odds to call AQs is a good hand that is only in real trouble against the AA, KK, QQ's of this world. Push and be happy for the chips when he folds.
