PP 215s - BTN BBL TT as second stack - TAG BB CL - whats my play?

Hey all,

Came across this hand and wasnt sure what to do. It didnt help that I do not play these stakes very frequently. With sb and bb calling at 10%, this wasnt even +1% to push when I ran it, it was close to breakeven.

BB has been tight, 14/7 through 90 hands
SB and UTG are both regulars who are near the top of the leaderboard

In game, my timebank ticked down while I told myslef that this hand was too good to open fold, I also thought limping the button was out of the question ... since I thought pushing would have little value, I figured maybe there was an outside chance BB wouldnt pwn me ... I was wrong.


A few Qs:
1. Is open folding the proper play here, since bb will be forced to play for his stack this orbit?
2. Is folding the right play even without the read that you will get pwned by BB?
3. With the read that BB will come over the top, with a hand like QQ, KK, AA are you making a standard raise HOPING that he comes over the top, instead of open pushing?

with utg so short i don't think you can even call his push holding qq.
limping might really be the best solution, though he will likely push atc over ya.
