+ a reckless driving ticket and maybe suspension of license. In some states if you have a passenger at that speed it is attempted manslaughter.

as long as this thread sucks i will ask a better driving related question.

are photo enforced stoplights actually legit?

i ran one today at a really busy intersection and i really dont want them to mail me a ticket. I heard if you challenge those tickets they never hold up in court, anyone know anything about this?

I am in san diego if that makes a difference.

edit-yeah my question kinda sucks too

In Germany, the ticket would also include a picture of the driver. It's hard to dispute that.

EDIT: I realize this doesn't really answer you question whatsoever.

yeah a lot of states will send you a pic of your car with the light red. if you just pushed a yellow too far you're probably safe, but if you just blew through a red, you might be getting some mail.
