Default 3-bet pot turn play: Free card or bluff? (maybe easy)

NL2K Party Poker, 2K eff stacks

Villain runs 24/21 over about 100 hands.

He opens to 70 in the CO. I 3 bet to 240 with T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] otb.

Flop comes Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villain checks. I bet 350 into 500.

Turn is K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

He checks. Easy push?
