If you are folding when he raises what is the point of raising his flop bet?

so he'll call with worse? and if he pushed i would've called.

not sure about flop raise though, advice on it is welcomed.

hasn't really played any big pots yet. made some loose calls in middle pots, but i havn't seen him in a pot like this.
