Default Some questions from an idiot.

Read the FAQ and don't know what handicapping is. For a person starting out would recommend copying the same bets from a sharp until I learn what I am doing.

Anyone that is sharp won't tell you he is, and he certainly won't tell you any of his plays.

Best of luck.

Why is this? What if he was someone you see often IRL?

If you have a known winner, you can certainly follow his picks and make money.

However, just following someone's picks isn't going to teach you anything about sports betting, beyond the mechanics of how to make a bet and how winning and losing "feels" when it happens.

I'd strongly suggest buying the book Sharp Sports Betting as referenced in the FAQ, there's currently no single better resource for someone wanting to learn how to bet sports.
