Parallels is great, I would go with that option since you have the hardware to do it.

Yeah how does it run for instance; 6 tables of pokerstars itunes betpot script pokertracker and pahud? on a 2ghz dual core macbook with 2gig of ram?
I'm still considering switching, but I will probably never reboot to macos if parallels doesn't offer me a smooth experience. |

[/ QUOTE ] I would say it would be best to run the poker sites & pokertracker/pahud from parallels, but run the database natively. I can't imagine running a database on desktop virtualization is a good idea |

The differece between boot camp and parallels is that paralles runs under Mac OS X and your XP session runs in a window on your desktop. Boot Camp lets you dual boot into either OS X or XP, but not both at once. Both require a licensed copy of XP.
