I'm sure he gave Ryan Beal several reasons to ban him, but Moderators should be more careful when choosing the language they use in regards to a situation that deals with the TOS, because 'ripping people off for rakeback money' or 'admitting to be a former thief' is not in the TOS, and I think you'd be hard pressed to derive those reasons from the language used in the TOS.

Basically, sounds like I was twisting your arm trying to ban full rake.
