Default NL100: KK facing weird push

Villian is 20.2/2.5 over 400 hands, I haven't seen him do anything similar.

Folding KK seems realy bad to me, but does a guy with a PFR of 2.5 do this with QQ, AK?
If it's AA its awfull but......

I usually fold... I'm pretty sure calling is -EV given the information you have, but at best it's very slightly +EV.
