Default Preflop strategy in an infinite implied odds situation NLCASH

Ok, so not really infinite, but *really really good* implied odds.

Lets say you have an opponent whose strategy on a .5/1 cash table is as follows:

Raise EVERY hand to 3x. If your opponent raises, reraise pot. With any 2.

Bet pot on EVERY flop. If you are raised, reraise pot.

Bet pot on EVERY turn.

Bet pot or all-in on EVERY river.

What is your preflop strategy against an opponent who does this?

I eventually decided that position was irrelevant, and that I'd limp/call with any pair, any 2 suited cards, or any 3 gap connectors better than 56/59, and fold everything else. I didn't get any big pairs, but I probably would have tried to get all-in preflop with QQ+, and postflop with any other pair that was an overpair to the board.

Obviously you have to get cards, and getting caught in hand-over-hand situations is very expensive, but playing against an opponent doing this is a *massively* profitable situation, correct?

Unfortunately, he left after the 4th buyin.

God I hope I can find that guy again.
