been stealing pretty ok. villian is not likely to be restealing in this instance, but his hand range ???

I don´t like the steal with K9o from MP. KTs+ would be my least stealing hand from this position.

If you actually decide to make a steal here you should take the stacks into account. Either make it 4300 and fold to any push (except from CO) or make it 6k and call a push from CO / SB, but fold to a resteal from BU / BB.

As played here you slightly get the correct odds if I´m not wrong. Against a range of 55+, A6s+, KTs+, QJs, A9o+, KJo+ you´re a 32%-dog while getting odds of 2.2:1. If you´re keen on maximizing your chips quickly you can call this. If you´re comfortable with your stealing-position I might fold it and wait for better spots (because you´re crippled if you call and lose).

Hand 0: 67.689% 66.84% 00.85% { 55+, A6s+, KTs+, QJs, A9o+, KJo+ }
Hand 1: 32.311% 31.46% 00.85% { K9o }

You're getting around 2.1:1 odds. His range would pretty much have to be tighter than: 55+,ATs+,KJs+,ATo+,KJo+, for this to be a losing call.

Against a range of 55+,A9s+,KTs+,QTs+,A9o+,KTo+,QT, which may still be too tight given your own image, you're 1.85:1. But agreed, a loss is substantial.

I would not expect Villains range to be too wide here. Certainly, OP has a "stealer"-image, according to his post, but remember that Villain doesn´t really have a reasteal stack any more - so he shouldn´t be stealing with QT ...

You're right, I know my range wouldn't be this wide here. So I assume we're talking about a fold here? Losing is so bad in this spot, and our equity against a reasonable range is break even at best.
