What are some good websites about the universe?
In particular the more spectacular occurrences such as comets, supernovas, black holes, and any unexplained phenomenons.
Anything that will dazzle and mystify me really. Preferably ripe with pictures and videos. Thank you! |

Re: What are some good websites about the universe?
Every tuesday night there is a show called "The Universe" on the History channel. It covers just about everything...time/space/the creation/stars/the life of our sun, galaxy planets etc...also supernovas, red dwarfs, black holes, quasars etc etc etc...even stuff i had no clue even existed.
Tivo it for a season pass and in a week or two because of reruns you'll have like 10 hours of shows I highly recommend smoking a jay before hand to get the full exp. Though the big bang still massivly confuses me in terms of the "molten super atom" or whatever it is the call the mass before it exploded. |

There's the whole series on quantum physics on the creators official website. I think it's called The Elegant Universe.
