Default IS THIS A GOOD SHOVE SPOT?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed)

Hero UTG($216.05)
Button ($432.47)
SB ($189)
BB ($237.40)
MP ($200)
CO ($302)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with As, Qs.
Hero raises to $8, 3 folds, SB calls $7, BB folds.

Flop: ($18) Ks, 9s, 3d (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $14, SB raises to $35, Hero raises all in for $216, SB calls all in.

I know when he calls im way behind but was it a good spot to push? Should I just have called? I'm not really sure how to play these spots. Thanks for any help provided.

Yep, it looks fine. Just make sure that you have the nut flush draw or a non-nut flush draw w/ non-flush outs when you are shoving all in. You don't want to stack off drawing dead to a better draw.

Also, when he calls you are NEVER way behind as long as you are drawing to the nuts.

And not use such a ridiculous range for villain?

IP, I like to just call vs "normal villain" (cause he gives you great odds, and you have a BD str8 draw too). If he check-raised a lot of CB, that's a great spot to shove.

He was check raising my CB bets so that made this play even more obvious to me.
