Default Ugh, possibly a bad fold but I think it\'s right. Thoughts?

Villain is a solid regular, RunItTrim, he runs like 22/17/3.8, we haven't really tangled yet, he probably sees me as aggro but taggy, my stats were around 24/19/3 there. I hate bet-folding the turn but he has to fear a flush and I really don't think he's gonna try to get me to fold it. I also doubt he'd semi-bluff shove with AsAx or KsKx or AsQx. Furthermore he'snot a crazy c-bettor so for him to bet the flop says something. So is the awful or do you guys like it? I suppose it could be a lower flush but meh, this guys not retarded, he definitely has some hand reading ability. Feel like I'm gonna get flamed for this one FWIW I thought the flop was 4-handed not 3, which makes it a lot closer. Now that I read through the HH it looks like a pretty bad fold, well whatever, flame at will and let me know what you think.

SO we think he's just overplaying an overpair or maybe semi-bluffing? Not saying I disagree just trying to cover all the bases

Also I should mention that having the 6 and 4 of spades on the board should be somewhat relevant as it limits the possible lower flush holdings he could have, 57s is about it and he might not even raise that from UTG.

ok, so if you have a really good read on his range go ahead and fold, but posts that try to explain that we have villain read well enough to narrow down his range extremely effectively never fair well in generating discussion.

That being said, I make folds like this all the time, based on my feel for villain/flow of game/my thoughts on villain's range that aren't going to be agreed with when posted in the forum.

So to make a long story short. Go with ur read if you feel strongly about it.

Really? This is the line I almost always make with a middling flush, I don't want them to check behind and I want to get value. But yeah if he thinks my line is really weird then he might be shoving lighter I suppose.

touche, what do you like on flop instead, c/f, lead, or c/r? I'm not completely sure why I c/c since villain is a solid player and he nearly bet the pot on the flop.
