Default 10NL QQ monotone flop how do i approach???

reads: UTG+1 is 37/25 and is quite aggro

BB is 87/26 over 60 hands but i think he's on a rush as he's decent preflop what i thought at the time

i could maybe 4-bet preflop but i didn't think it was good considering min 3-bet

on the flop there is an ace on board which ain't good but i have the 2nd nut flush draw

i had no idea how to play this at the time so i won't say what i did for now

4 bet pre-flop and get it heads up with UTG. As played i'd c-bet it.

c-bet what? He just called the min-raise here. Check/fold, I guess. However, it's absolutely necessary to 4-bet preflop with ricky retardo still in the hand.
