Default Simple preflop spot ($1/2 6-max)

$1/2 NL, effective stacks $230. Only been at the table for a few orbits, but Villain in CO has been aggressive so far (30/25 over a small sample). I've been reasonably quiet so far, and this is the first time we've played together so no history except I folded once to a 3bet from Villain. Anyway:

Villain in CO makes it $8, I make it $28 in the SB with 77, Villain shoves, I ...?

FWIW, I'm usually a tagfish who likes to call with a lot of decent hands in the blinds and needs a good reason to 3bet, but I'm looking for acceptance in the 2p2 community so I'm giving this whole "3-betting from the blinds" thing a shot.

One line answers are fine.

so call or fold? If I know it's a coinflip I'm turbo-calling -- is this 88+ often enough to make it a fold?

3betting 77 at 200nl is kinda spewy IMO. u need specific history with a player to do this profitably, there are just too many situations that u can get yourself in trouble if u arent very experienced with this. save this type of play til u hit 400nl at least. just set mine it, people dont fold at 200nl

Although I typically call w/77 here instead of 3-betting, it isn't with the intention of just set-mining.
