on the river i feel he has a Q, small flush, small pair, mid pp maybe... is raising here spew? i figured he cant with much else other than A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] maybe some other [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] depending on how loose he is post flop.

id give this one up and just fold it, youll get called too light at this level to make it profitable imo

It's very opponent dependant but you've already said he's loose passive so I think it's terrible.

Against stations you should never bluff and always be cautious once they've shown aggresion.

When he bets the river you should assume he has a decent club and there's no way he's folding it if your reads right.

Go by your read and don't pay him off when he hits a hand.

mk, villain called a raise and a cbet. either he paired the q/other cards, or he has a FD. at WORST, he had a gutshot and made a str8 or paired the jack. you have air. you WILL be looked up on the river by a 'calling station.' let it go.

this is bad cause soo much if his range is a decent Flush I dont think this works enough to ever be profitable. it is hard to villan to be bluffing here IMO.

As others have said this is bad. Just let it go and find another spot.
