Neteller Founders to be Sentenced this Week

Evidently the first hearing was delayed and the next one is scheduled for the 1st of Nov. Can anyone like Jay C speculate on why they would delay the sentencing or if would be in the court records at Pacer.

Where did you get the Nov.1 date? The lady from the NJ DOJ press office told me 30 more days minimum.

Federal sentencing proceedings are constantly adjourned.

Sometimes the reason for the delay is indicated in Pacer, but not always.
